F\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra v\u00e4garna s\u00e4krare har trafikverket beslutat att inf\u00f6ra str\u00e4ngare regler n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller att k\u00f6ra bil efter att ha druckit alkohol.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Det spanska trafikverket (DGT) har sagt att de kommer att s\u00e4nka den till\u00e5tna alkoholniv\u00e5n i blodet f\u00f6r bilf\u00f6rare under 2025. Beslutet sker i enlighet med regeringens f\u00f6rslag att uppdatera trafikreglerna i landet som har r\u00f6stats igenom i parlamentet. Det inneb\u00e4r att maxgr\u00e4nsen f\u00f6r bilf\u00f6rare s\u00e4nks fr\u00e5n 0,5 gram alkohol per liter blod till 0,2.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

De uppdaterade lagarna g\u00e4ller inte \u00e4nnu men de ska enligt planen tr\u00e4da i kraft under \u00e5ret. De kommer \u00e4ven inneb\u00e4ra uppdaterade b\u00f6tesbelopp f\u00f6r dem som inte f\u00f6ljer reglerna.<\/span><\/p>\n

DGT s\u00e4ger att alkoholp\u00e5verkade f\u00f6rare \u00e4r en av de mest frekventa orsakerna till olyckor i trafiken. De uppskattar att de ligger bakom mellan 30 och 50 procent av alla d\u00f6dliga olyckor p\u00e5 v\u00e4garna. Myndigheten understryker att dessa olyckor och d\u00f6dsfall skulle kunnat undvikas om alla landets f\u00f6rare hade en ansvarsfull alkoholkonsumtion och l\u00e4t bli att k\u00f6ra n\u00e4r de var p\u00e5verkade.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00c4ndringar<\/span><\/h2>\n

De nya reglerna inneb\u00e4r att maxgr\u00e4nsen p\u00e5 blodniv\u00e5n s\u00e4nks till 0,2g\/l och vid utandning till 0,10mg\/l f\u00f6r alla f\u00f6rare. Det betyder att Spanien l\u00e4gger sig p\u00e5 samma niv\u00e5 som tre andra EU-l\u00e4nder: Sverige, Polen och Estland. I unionen finns dessutom fyra l\u00e4nder som satt gr\u00e4nsen vid 0,0g\/l.
