OCU sl\u00e5r fast att f\u00f6retag som tar f\u00f6r l\u00e5ng tid p\u00e5 sig att f\u00f6ra tillbaka pengar vid ett \u00e5terk\u00f6p m\u00e5ste betala dubbelt.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Den spanska konsumentorganisationen OCU har p\u00e5mint om att om en onlinef\u00f6rs\u00e4ljare, utan att ange en giltig orsak, f\u00f6rsenar en \u00e5terbetalning s\u00e5 har kunden r\u00e4tt till den dubbla summan tillbaka. Om man kan p\u00e5visa att f\u00f6rseningen har orsakat skada eller problem kan man dessutom ha r\u00e4tt till ytterligare ers\u00e4ttning.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Det finns ingen lagstadgad period f\u00f6r n\u00e4r en \u00e5terbetalning beh\u00f6ver ske men de flesta f\u00f6retag har en deadline skriven i sina k\u00f6pvillkor. OCU s\u00e4ger att om detta inte \u00e4r fallet b\u00f6r pengarna s\u00e4ttas tillbaka inom en vecka i och med hur enkelt det \u00e4r att genomf\u00f6ra \u00f6verf\u00f6ringar idag.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

OCU menar att dessa regler finns f\u00f6r att fr\u00e4mja r\u00e4ttvisa aff\u00e4rsmetoder men \u00e4ven f\u00f6r att st\u00e4rka f\u00f6rtroendet n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller olika typer av konsumtion p\u00e5 distans.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00c5terbetalningar<\/span><\/h2>\n

Att folk l\u00e4mnar tillbaka produkter de k\u00f6pt \u00e4r normalt och blir \u00e4nnu mer vanligt med onlinehandel.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Enligt OCU ska ett f\u00f6retag betala tillbaka pengarna om kunden \u00e4r missn\u00f6jd med produkten s\u00e5 snart som m\u00f6jligt. Kunden beh\u00f6ver i regel skicka tillbaka produkten inom den tidsram som finns i f\u00f6retagets k\u00f6pvillkor.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller leveranser ska de ske inom en period som fastst\u00e4lls vid k\u00f6pet. Om n\u00e5gon s\u00e5dan \u00f6verenskommelse inte finns mellan kund och f\u00f6retag s\u00e5 g\u00e4ller 30 dagar enligt spansk lag.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

S\u00e4ljaren m\u00e5ste \u00e4ven informera ifall de inte kan uppfylla en mottagen order. Kunden \u00e4r i s\u00e5 fall ber\u00e4ttigad till en full \u00e5terbetalning som ska ske omg\u00e5ende. Om kunden n\u00f6jer sig med att v\u00e4nta kan en ny \u00f6verenskommelse ing\u00e5s eller s\u00e5 kan f\u00f6retaget erbjuda en produkt som \u00e4r likv\u00e4rdig eller av h\u00f6gre kvalitet till samma pris.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
