Spaniens regeringschef Pedro S\u00e1nchez hoppas f\u00e5 s\u00e4lja mer grisk\u00f6tt, k\u00f6rsb\u00e4r och kosmetika till Kina. Det handlar \u00e4ven om samarbeten inom vetenskap, teknik, utbildning och filmproduktion.<\/strong><\/p>\n

S\u00e1nchez avslutade sin kontroversiella resa p\u00e5 fredagen.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pedro S\u00e1nchez f\u00f6rsvarar sitt m\u00f6te med president Xi Jinping och Folkrepubliken Kinas premi\u00e4rminister Li Qiang mitt i handelskriget med USA d\u00e4r asiaterna \u00f6kar tullarna till 125 procent som svar p\u00e5 USA:s tullar p\u00e5 145 procent.<\/p>\n

Det \u00e4r Trumps inst\u00e4llning som tvingar EU att vidga sina vyer, menar S\u00e1nchez som agerade som att han var ett europeiskt s\u00e4ndebud.<\/p>\n

S\u00e1nchez tillade att Spanien inte \u00e4r emot n\u00e5gon i utrikespolitiken.<\/p>\n

Inte ens kommunistdiktaturen Kina.<\/p>\n

N\u00e4mner inte<\/h2>\n

S\u00e1nchez n\u00e4mner inte Kina som diktatur \u00e4ven om landet \u00e4r k\u00e4nt f\u00f6r att inte respekterar m\u00e4nskliga r\u00e4ttigheter, bedriva f\u00f6rtryck med interneringsl\u00e4ger, tortyr, tv\u00e5ngsarbete, sexuella \u00f6vergrepp och tv\u00e5ngssteriliseringar av uigurer.<\/p>\n

Kina ut\u00f6var utpressning, spioneri och ut\u00f6kar sina maktpositioner. Nyligen genomf\u00f6rde Kina \u00e4nnu en stor milit\u00e4r\u00f6vning riktad mot Taiwan.<\/p>\n

Tidigare varnade Natos generalsekreterare Mark Rutte vid ett bes\u00f6k i Japan omv\u00e4rlden att inte vara naiva f\u00f6r den asiatiska j\u00e4tten Kina som expanderar milit\u00e4rt och som st\u00f6der Ryssland.<\/p>\n

Det \u00e4r en v\u00e4rld dikterad av Kinas kommunistparti och f\u00f6r Xi Jinping \u00e4r Pedro S\u00e1nchez en l\u00e4tt bit att sv\u00e4lja genom att erbjuda produktion av elfordon, batteri- och f\u00f6rnybar energi. Bland annat ska Contemporary Amperex Technology, v\u00e4rldens st\u00f6rsta tillverkare av elektriska litiumbatterier, bygga en batterianl\u00e4ggning i Zaragoza till ett v\u00e4rde av 4,1 miljarder euro.<\/p>\n

I Humilladero utanf\u00f6r M\u00e1laga ska de kinesiska f\u00f6retagen Hygreen och Sermatec en Humilladero b\u00f6rjar producera litiumbatterier och v\u00e4tgas n\u00e5gon g\u00e5ng under vinterhalv\u00e5ret 2026\/2027. En investering som kostar 150 miljoner euro. 356 arbetstillf\u00e4llen skapas fr\u00e5n b\u00f6rjan som ska bli tv\u00e5 tusen. De f\u00e4rdiga produkterna ska sedan exporteras till \u00f6vriga l\u00e4nder i EU och USA.<\/p>\n

Allierade<\/h2>\n

S\u00e1nchez \u00e5 sin sida ser Kina som en av Spaniens och Europas allierade.<\/p>\n

Den spanska regeringschefen m\u00f6tte Xi Jinping redan i september ifjol. EU hade vid tidpunkten lagt tullar p\u00e5 kinesiska elfordon. En \u00e5tg\u00e4rd som var ett svar p\u00e5 den or\u00e4ttvisa konkurrens d\u00e4r Peking ger subventioner till sina f\u00f6retag.<\/p>\n

Kina, i sin tur, svarade den g\u00e5ngen med inskr\u00e4nkningar p\u00e5 importen av fl\u00e4skk\u00f6tt vilket \u00e4r Spaniens st\u00f6rsta jordbruksexport till Kina, v\u00e4rd 571 miljoner euro 2024.<\/p>\n

Vietnam<\/h2>\n

Innan resan till Kina bes\u00f6kte Pedro S\u00e1nchez Vietnam. D\u00e5 medverkade en delegation best\u00e5ende av 20 spanska f\u00f6retag d\u00e4ribland Adif, Escribano, Palladium, Renfe, Talgo, Antol\u00edn, Recover, Indra, Premo, Rolser, T\u00e9cnicas Reunidas, EDPr, Acciona, Airbus, Caf , Meli\u00e1 och Porcelanosa.<\/p>\n

N\u00e4r S\u00e1nchez for vidare till Kina var inte f\u00f6retagen v\u00e4lkomna att f\u00f6lja med. N\u00e5got som f\u00f6retagsledarna visade sitt missn\u00f6je mot.<\/p>\n
