Passar att servera hela dagen. B\u00f6rja med att sk\u00e4ra avokado och lax i t\u00e4rningar, pressa \u00f6ver lite citronsaft. Sk\u00e4r resten av ingredienserna i sm\u00e5 bitar, v\u00e4nd ihop allt och salt\/peppra. Mixa eller vispa ihop s\u00e5sen.<\/p>\n<p>Servera din salpicon p\u00e5 en b\u00e4dd av blandade salladsblad och ringla \u00f6ver s\u00e5sen. Eller servera i ett tumblerglas, lite s\u00e5s i botten, sedan salpicon och avsluta med s\u00e5s.<\/p>\n<p>Dekorera med n\u00e5gon f\u00e4rsk krydda och citronskivor.<\/p>\n<p>Kyckling i \u00f6l<br \/>\nEn v\u00e4lsmakande gryta du tillagar med skinn och ben f\u00f6r mera smak. Krydda g\u00e4rna efter egen smak och det samma g\u00e4ller f\u00f6r gr\u00f6nsakerna, anv\u00e4nd de du gillar mest.<\/p>\n<p>6 kycklingben  (contramuslos)<br \/>\n6 kycklingl\u00e5r (muslos)<br \/>\n1 gul l\u00f6k hackad<br \/>\n2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor skivade<br \/>\n1 gr\u00f6n paprika i bitar<br \/>\n2 mor\u00f6tter skalade o kivade<br \/>\nTimjan f\u00e4rsk eller torkad<br \/>\n500 ml ljus \u00f6l, typ lager<\/p>\n<p>Olivolja, salt och peppar<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6rja med kycklingen i rumstemperatur, ta bort eventuella fj\u00e4rdrar och fettbitar. Tills\u00e4tt paprika och mor\u00f6tter, salta\/peppra och l\u00e4gg i timjan. Koka ihop 15 min, r\u00f6r om d\u00e5 och d\u00e5. Tills\u00e4tt lite mj\u00f6l och r\u00f6r om. Efter ett par minuter, l\u00e4gg ner kycklingbitarna. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 \u00f6len, koka upp och s\u00e4nk d\u00e4refter v\u00e4rmen och sm\u00e5koka i 45-50 minuter. R\u00f6r om emellan\u00e5t. Kontrollera niv\u00e5n p\u00e5 v\u00e4tskan och sp\u00e4d om det beh\u00f6vs med lite buljong. Om du beh\u00f6ver reducera v\u00e4tskan, h\u00f6j v\u00e4rmen de sista 10 min. L\u00e5t vila under lock en stund innan servering. Servera med br\u00f6d, ris, potatismos eller varf\u00f6r inte rakt upp och ner!<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4lsokick Medelhavsquiche, med massor med nyttigheter och full av vitaminer.<\/p>\n<p>Pajdeg; 75 g fullkornsmj\u00f6l, 75 g vetemj\u00f6l, 40 ml olivolja, 75 ml ljummet vatten, 1 msk torr j\u00e4st, en nypa havssalt.<br \/>\nBlanda mj\u00f6l, j\u00e4st och salt i en sk\u00e5l. G\u00f6r en grop i mitten och h\u00e4ll i olja och vatten. Blanda allt och arbeta ihop en smidig deg. L\u00e5t j\u00e4sa p\u00e5 ett varmt st\u00e4lle under en handduk 1 timme tills degen f\u00f6rdubblas. Arbeta och kavla degen p\u00e5 ett bakbord med hj\u00e4lp av mj\u00f6l. Olja l\u00e4tt en pajform och v\u00e4rm ugnen till 175 grader. L\u00e4gg \u00f6ver degen i pajformen, platta ner den och med en gaffel nagga botten. Baka i ugnen 10 min.<\/p>\n<p>Pajfyllning: 500 gr skalad och t\u00e4rnad pumpa, 3 stora mor\u00e4tter skalade och skivade, 3 vitl\u00e4ksklyftor hela och oskalade, 3 \u00e4gg, 150 gr fetaost i t\u00e4rningar, 2 msk olivolja, en nypa havssalt.<br \/>\nBlanda pumpa, mor\u00f6tter och vitl\u00f6ksklyftor med olivolja och l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 en ugnspl\u00e5t t\u00e4ckt med folie, baka i 15-20 min. Kontrollera att pumpan \u00e4r mjuk, om inte baka 15 min under folie. Skala vitl\u00f6ksklyftorna. I en sk\u00e5l vispar vi upp \u00e4ggen, tills\u00e4tt salt och \u00f6vriga ingredienser. Mixa bra med en stavmixer.
