Under fjol\u00e5ret hade M\u00e1laga flygplats 25 miljoner resen\u00e4rer. Maxkapacitet \u00e4r 30 miljoner. Halvstatliga Aena som driver 46 flygplatser och tv\u00e5 helikopterflygplatser i Spanien planerar att bygga ut M\u00e1laga flygplats till det dubbla.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nyligen h\u00f6ll Aena:s president Maurici Lucena en presstr\u00e4ff tillsammans med M\u00e1lagas borgm\u00e4stare Francisco de la Torre och provinsstyrelsens ordf\u00f6rande Francisco Salado.<\/p>\n

Costa del Sol v\u00e4xer som aldrig f\u00f6rr vilket tvingar fram en utbyggnad av flygplatsen, var beskedet. 2029 inleds arbetet.<\/p>\n

En utbyggnad av flygplatsen finns med i projektet DORA III (Documento de Regulaci\u00f3n Aeroportuaria) vilket kommer att godk\u00e4nnas i september n\u00e4sta \u00e5r.<\/p>\n

Det betyder att den nuvarande ytan n\u00e4stan f\u00f6rdubblas fr\u00e5n dagens 80 000 kvadratmeter till cirka 140 000 kvadratmeter.<\/p>\n

I projektet ing\u00e5r \u00e4ven att Terminal 1 som var huvudterminal fram till 1990-talets b\u00f6rjan rivs. De nuvarande dockorna B och C ska byggas om f\u00f6r att ta emot resen\u00e4rer fr\u00e5n l\u00e4nder utanf\u00f6r Schengen. Samtidigt byggs \u00e4nnu en terminalbyggnad vid den andra landningsbanan.<\/p>\n

Det \u00e4r framf\u00f6r allt flygplatsen kapacitet med att ta emot resen\u00e4rer utanf\u00f6r Schengen som m\u00e5ste bli b\u00e4ttre. Det g\u00e4ller utbyggda gr\u00e4ns- och passkontroller.<\/p>\n

\u00c4ven fler taxibanor ska byggas f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra trafiken och fl\u00f6det av flyg p\u00e5 marken.<\/p>\n

\u00c4ven flygplatsens kommersiella yta ut\u00f6kas med 41 procent samt VIP-loungeutrymmet med 43 procent.<\/p>\n

Antalet parkeringsplatser m\u00e5ste ocks\u00e5 bli fler n\u00e4r antalet resen\u00e4rer \u00f6kar.<\/p>\n

– Utbyggnaden sker samtidigt som vi uppfyller de mest kr\u00e4vande och omfattande milj\u00f6kriterierna som finns tillg\u00e4ngliga f\u00f6r oss uppfylls, s\u00e4ger Maurici Lucena.<\/p>\n
