Regeringen vill upph\u00e4va fler \u00e4n 53 000 licenser f\u00f6r turistbost\u00e4der i Andalusien.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

N\u00e5got som f\u00f6reningen AVVAPRO starkt v\u00e4nder sig emot.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cPopulistiskt\u201d och ”okonstitutionellt”. S\u00e5 s\u00e4ger f\u00f6reningen f\u00f6r professionella uthyrare av turistbost\u00e4der i Andalusien (AVVAPRO) om regeringens m\u00e5ls\u00e4ttning att upph\u00e4va 53 000 licenser f\u00f6r att hyra boenden till turister i regionen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

F\u00f6reningen s\u00e4ger att premi\u00e4rminister Pedro Sanchez p\u00e5st\u00e5ende att dessa bost\u00e4der \u00e4r \u201colagliga\u201d \u00e4r helt missvisande. De flesta av de ber\u00f6rda licenserna \u00e4r helt korrekta och har utf\u00e4rdats av den andalusiska regionregeringen och har brukats enligt lagen i flera \u00e5r. Problemen som har uppst\u00e5tt med dem h\u00e4rstammar fr\u00e5n fel i det nya nationella registreringssystemet, i kombinationen med oklara kriterier fr\u00e5n registratorerna, som har hindrat flera bost\u00e4der fr\u00e5n att f\u00e5 sitt nya registreringsnummer (NRA). \u201cAtt kalla denna administrativa bugg ’utbredd olaglighet’ \u00e4r ett f\u00f6rs\u00f6k att manipulera den allm\u00e4nna opinionen p\u00e5 ett s\u00e4tt som inte kan tolereras,” s\u00e4ger AVVAPRO.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cStrider mot konstitutionen och autonomin\u201d<\/span><\/h2>\n

Vidare s\u00e4ger de att detta strider mot landets konstitution och Andalusiens autonomi. Befogenheten att reglera licenser f\u00f6r turistl\u00e4genhet ligger hos de regional regeringarna och inte hos centralstyret. AVVAPRO s\u00e4ger att regeringens f\u00f6rs\u00f6k att f\u00e5 makt \u00f6ver situationen via ett kungligt dekret redan utmanas r\u00e4ttsligt i Andalusien och i tre andra regioner samt av tv\u00e5 f\u00f6reningar inom sektorn.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Kritiker menar att regeringens f\u00f6rs\u00f6k skulle sl\u00e5 h\u00e5rt mot den andalusiska ekonomin d\u00e5 korttidsuthyrning till turister \u00e4r en viktig motor f\u00f6r regionens tillv\u00e4xt. I provinser som M\u00e1laga, Sevilla, Cadiz och Granada ligger sektorn till grund f\u00f6r tusentals jobb. Att st\u00e4mpla tiotusentals licenserade turistl\u00e4genheter som \u201colagliga\u201d \u00e4r enligt AVVAPRO \u201coansvarigt\u201d och \u201cskadligt f\u00f6r arbetare, hush\u00e5ll och f\u00f6retag\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cL\u00f6ser inte problemet p\u00e5 djupet\u201d<\/span><\/h3>\n

Man kallar \u00e4ven regeringens utspel mot turistl\u00e4genheterna ett f\u00f6rs\u00f6k att undvika att l\u00f6sa problemet p\u00e5 djupet. De menar att Spanien de senaste 15 \u00e5ren inte har byggt tillr\u00e4ckligt m\u00e5nga nya bost\u00e4der f\u00f6r att tillgodose den snabbt v\u00e4xande befolkningen. Detta, s\u00e4ger AVVAPRO, \u00e4r orsaken till bostadsbristen och inte korttidskontrakten.<\/span><\/p>\n

Det hela blir \u00e4n mer kontroversiellt eftersom dekretet just nu granskas juridiskt. AVVAPRO varnar att om b\u00f6ter delas ut eller om v\u00e4rdar tvingas avboka flera bokningar innan det finns ett beslut fr\u00e5n domstolarna skulle r\u00e4tts\u00e4kerheten undermineras. \u201cPedro Sanchez attackerar Andalusien, dess autonomi, och en nyckelfaktor i ekonomin\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

F\u00f6reningen s\u00e4ger \u00e4ven att regeringens utg\u00e5ngspunkt att indragna turistlicenser skulle \u00f6ka antalet l\u00e5ngtidsboenden \u00e4r bristf\u00e4llig. De s\u00e4ger att: \u201cEndast 37 procent av alla registrerade turistbost\u00e4der endast nyttjas till semesteruthyrning, medan resten anv\u00e4nds som andra hem som endast hyrs ut under kortare delar av \u00e5ret\u201d. Med tanke p\u00e5 landets sn\u00e5riga regler g\u00e4llande bostadsr\u00e4tt och risken f\u00f6r att hyresg\u00e4ster ockuperar fastigheten tror de d\u00e4rf\u00f6r att flera \u00e4gare hellre kommer att l\u00e5ta bost\u00e4derna st\u00e5 tomma under delar av \u00e5ret.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
