Problemet \u00e4r inte att du \u2019snackar f\u00f6r mycket\u2019, utan att du inte f\u00e5r i dig den n\u00e4ring kroppen faktiskt beh\u00f6ver,&#8221; menar Fogelberg.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Protein och m\u00e4ttnad \u2013 nyckeln till att h\u00e5lla sig n\u00f6jd l\u00e4ngre<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ett av de vanligaste misstagen m\u00e5nga g\u00f6r \u00e4r att deras m\u00e5ltider inneh\u00e5ller f\u00f6r lite protein. Protein \u00e4r det n\u00e4rings\u00e4mne som m\u00e4ttar b\u00e4st och minskar suget efter att sm\u00e5\u00e4ta mellan m\u00e5ltiderna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8221;Om du vill slippa sm\u00e5\u00e4tandet, b\u00f6rja med att fylla tallriken med en ordentlig proteink\u00e4lla. \u00c4gg, kyckling, fisk, k\u00f6tt eller mejeriprodukter \u2013 det g\u00f6r att du h\u00e5ller dig m\u00e4tt l\u00e4ngre och inte hamnar i blodsockerdippar,&#8221; s\u00e4ger han.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Kolhydrater och fett \u2013 v\u00e4lj r\u00e4tt sort och m\u00e4ngd<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kolhydrater och fett spelar ocks\u00e5 en viktig roll i att h\u00e5lla energin stabil, men det g\u00e4ller att v\u00e4lja r\u00e4tt k\u00e4llor och att inte \u00f6verdriva m\u00e4ngderna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8221;Snabba kolhydrater som vitt br\u00f6d och socker ger kort m\u00e4ttnad och leder till att du snart blir hungrig igen. Satsa ist\u00e4llet p\u00e5 potatis, rotfrukter och havre. Samma sak med fett \u2013 lite sm\u00f6r eller avokado kan hj\u00e4lpa till med m\u00e4ttnad, men det ska vara en balanserad del av m\u00e5ltiden, inte huvudfokus,&#8221; menar Fogelberg.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Undvik ultraprocessad mat \u2013 den lurar hj\u00e4rnan att vilja ha mer<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ett av de st\u00f6rsta problemen med modern mat \u00e4r att den \u00e4r designad f\u00f6r att skapa sug. Processade livsmedel, snacks och f\u00e4rdigmat inneh\u00e5ller ofta en kombination av fett, socker och salt som g\u00f6r att hj\u00e4rnan aldrig riktigt blir n\u00f6jd.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8221;Chips, godis och snabbmat \u00e4r gjorda f\u00f6r att vara sv\u00e5ra att sluta \u00e4ta. Det \u00e4r ingen slump att en p\u00e5se chips aldrig k\u00e4nns \u2019nog\u2019. Ju mindre du \u00e4ter av ultraprocessad mat, desto mindre kommer du att k\u00e4nna behov av den,&#8221; s\u00e4ger han.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Bygg m\u00e5ltider som h\u00e5ller dig m\u00e4tt \u2013 s\u00e5 slipper du sm\u00e5\u00e4ta<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">F\u00f6r att minska sm\u00e5\u00e4tandet och h\u00e5lla blodsockret stabilt \u00e4r det viktigt att bygga m\u00e5ltider som inneh\u00e5ller allt kroppen beh\u00f6ver. Fogelberg rekommenderar att anv\u00e4nda en enkel tumregel:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 <\/span><b>Fyll halva tallriken med protein<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 det h\u00e5ller dig m\u00e4tt l\u00e4ngst.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 <\/span><b>L\u00e4gg till en n\u00e4ringsrik kolhydratk\u00e4lla<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 exempelvis potatis eller rotfrukter.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 <\/span><b>Anv\u00e4nd fett i lagom m\u00e4ngd<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 en klick sm\u00f6r eller en bit avokado r\u00e4cker.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8221;Om du \u00e4ter en riktig m\u00e5ltid som ger dig r\u00e4tt n\u00e4ring, kommer du automatiskt att sm\u00e5\u00e4ta mindre.
