Enligt de senaste uppgifterna saknar n\u00e4stan 40 procent av landets motorcyklar besiktningsbevis.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Om man ser till mopeder \u00e4r siffran betydligt h\u00f6gre.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Flera av dem k\u00f6rs dessutom utan f\u00f6rs\u00e4kring.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Enligt f\u00f6reningen f\u00f6r alla som driver stationer f\u00f6r fordonsbesiktning (AECA-ITV) saknar 37 procent av alla motorcyklar p\u00e5 de spanska v\u00e4garna en godk\u00e4nd besiktning (ITV). Det betyder att \u00e5tminstone 1 606 377 av landets 4 369 990 registrerade motorcyklar inte har en g\u00e4llande ITV.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cTrots f\u00f6rs\u00f6ken och s\u00e4kerhetskampanjerna fr\u00e5n trafikverket (DGT) och AECA-ITV, kan n\u00e4stan fyra av tio motorcyklar p\u00e5 spanska v\u00e4gar bryta mot de r\u00e5dande reglerna f\u00f6r s\u00e4kerhet och milj\u00f6standard,\u201d s\u00e4ger Guillermo Magaz p\u00e5 AECA-ITV.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Uppgifterna blir allt mer oroande om man tittar p\u00e5 mopeder. Totalt finns det 1 618 349 mopeder registrerade hos DGT och minst 1 231 397 av dem saknar besiktningsbevis.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Uppgifter fr\u00e5n DGT visar ocks\u00e5 att flera personer slarvar med f\u00f6rs\u00e4kringen, om \u00e4n inte lika m\u00e5nga som med besiktningen. De officiella uppgifterna visar att 27 procent av motorcyklarna som \u00e4r registrerade inte har den obligatoriska f\u00f6rs\u00e4kringen. Samma siffra f\u00f6r mopeder \u00e4r 69 procent.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cDetta \u00e4r en mycket oroande situation, speciellt n\u00e4r vi ser till statistiken \u00f6ver olyckor s\u00e5 h\u00e4r l\u00e5ngt detta \u00e5r f\u00f6r dessa typer av tv\u00e5hjuliga fordon. Fram till den 10 september hade 207 motorcykelf\u00f6rare och 14 mopedister d\u00f6tt.
