D\u00e4rf\u00f6r satsar man 12 miljoner euro f\u00f6r att hj\u00e4lpa spanska b\u00f6nder att bli mer milj\u00f6v\u00e4nliga.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mer \u00e4n 60 procent av planetens utsl\u00e4pp av v\u00e4xthusgaser kommer fr\u00e5n jordbruk och boskap. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r \u00e4r sektorn ett \u201cnyckelomr\u00e5de att ta itu med och investera i\u201d, sade Nestl\u00e9 Espa\u00f1as VD Jodi Llach under en presskonferens som h\u00f6lls i Madrid i slutet av f\u00f6rra veckan. Nestl\u00e9 \u00e4r v\u00e4rldens st\u00f6rsta publika aktiebolag inom livsmedelsbranschen. De har som m\u00e5l att n\u00e5 nollutsl\u00e4pp \u00e5r 2050, n\u00e5got de satsar hundratals miljoner euro p\u00e5. \u201cVi vill leda omst\u00e4llningen till h\u00e5llbar mat\u201d, sade Llach.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Nestl\u00e9 har redan lagt 112 miljoner euro p\u00e5 att g\u00f6ra sin produktionskedja mer h\u00e5llbar under de senaste 12 \u00e5ren. Under f\u00f6rra veckans presskonferens meddelade Llach att man investerat 12 av dessa miljoner i att hj\u00e4lpa jordbrukare och boskapsuppf\u00f6dare g\u00f6ra sin verksamhet mer milj\u00f6v\u00e4nlig. Som ett exempel p\u00e5 detta n\u00e4mnde han att alla tomater som anv\u00e4nds f\u00f6r att framst\u00e4lla f\u00f6retagets s\u00e5ser i sin fabrik i Extremadura, samt alla spannm\u00e5l fr\u00e5n Castilla y Le\u00f3n och Navarre som anv\u00e4nds i deras barnmat, framst\u00e4lls genom regenerativa jordbruksmetoder.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Regenerativa metoder har \u00e4ven implementerats ihop med b\u00f6nderna p\u00e5 den kantabriska kusten som Nestl\u00e9 arbetar med f\u00f6r att tillgodose foder till mj\u00f6lkkor. Detta inneb\u00e4r, bland annat, att man utvecklat individualiserade planer f\u00f6r varje g\u00e5rd som inneb\u00e4r mindre pl\u00f6jning av \u00e5krarna.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

G\u00e5rdar i Galicien, Asturien och Kantabrien hade lyckats minska sina utsl\u00e4pp av CO2 med mer \u00e4n 43 600 ton vid slutet av f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret.
