Tv\u00e5 av tre vinproducenter anser att vinturism \u00e4r l\u00f6nsamt och avsev\u00e4rt bidrar till sektorns int\u00e4kter.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Studien omfattar 1 300 vinproducenter fr\u00e5n 47 l\u00e4nder.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rapporten Global Wine Tourism Report 2025 \u00e4r utarbetad av Hochschule Geisenheim University markerar en milstolpe f\u00f6r den internationella vin- och turistindustrin och ger nya insikter i vinturism.<\/p>\n

Med bidrag fr\u00e5n vinproducenter i 47 l\u00e4nder \u00e4r det unik studie och den mest omfattande globala analysen av vinturism som hittills har gjorts.<\/p>\n

– Den hj\u00e4lper hela branschen att b\u00e4ttre f\u00f6rst\u00e5 konsumenternas f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningar och utveckla innovativa l\u00f6sningar, s\u00e4ger professor Gergely Szolnoki vid Hochschule Geisenheim, samordnare till rapporten.<\/p>\n

Vuxit snabbt<\/h2>\n

Under det senaste decenniet har vinturismen vuxit snabbt och blivit en dynamisk och l\u00f6nsam del av den globala vinindustrin. N\u00e4r den hanteras p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt s\u00e4tt kan den fr\u00e4mja h\u00e5llbar landsbygdsutveckling genom att skapa jobb och st\u00f6dja lokala samh\u00e4llen.<\/p>\n

Vinturister p\u00e5 bes\u00f6k som l\u00e4r sig allt om titta, dofta och smaka.<\/p><\/div>\n

N\u00e4r turister hittar ut till landsbygden och vinproducenter lever sm\u00e5 byar upp. G\u00e5rdsf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen bidrar.<\/p>\n

Samtidigt bidrar vinturism till att bevara kultur- och naturarv och fr\u00e4mjar ansvarsfulla former av turism.<\/p>\n

Den \u00e5ldersgrupp som dominerar bland vinturister \u00e4r 45 till 65 \u00e5r \u00e4ven om bes\u00f6kare i gruppen 25 till 44 blir allt viktigare.<\/p>\n

Investeringar<\/h2>\n

H\u00e4lften av vinproducenterna som ingick i unders\u00f6kningen planerar att g\u00f6ra nya investeringar i vinturism. De flesta f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntar sig fortsatt tillv\u00e4xt b\u00e5de f\u00f6r vinregion och sin egen verksamhet.<\/p>\n

Den 24 oktober g\u00e5r n\u00e4sta resa till Valladolid<\/a> och fyra sp\u00e4nnande vindistrikt i n\u00e4romr\u00e5det. Den \u00e4r fullbokad sedan l\u00e4nge. Men hav tr\u00f6st. Nya resor planeras och publiceras de n\u00e4rmaste m\u00e5naderna n\u00e4r programmet \u00e4r klart.<\/p>\n

Veckans vintips<\/h2>\n

Marqu\u00e9s de la Contraviesa Roble<\/strong> fr\u00e5n Bodega Cuatro Vientos i el Alpujarra som \u00e4r sydsluttningen av Sierra Nevada. Omr\u00e5det har ett mikroklimat och h\u00e4r g\u00f6rs flera sp\u00e4nnande viner. De kan vara sv\u00e5ra att hitta men passerar du Granadaprovinsen hittar du dem i butiker och st\u00f6rre aff\u00e4rer. Detta \u00e4r ett smaktrikt vin p\u00e5 Cabernet Franc och Syrah. Bra struktur, bra frukt och nyanser av cassis, bj\u00f6rnb\u00e4r och ceder. Ca 8,50 euro.<\/p>\n

V\u00e4rmen dr\u00f6jer kvar och vita viner \u00e5ker fortsatt fram. Som denna Protos Verdejo 2024<\/strong> fr\u00e5n Bodegas Protos i Rueda. En h\u00f6jdare bland Verdejo-viner. Smak av p\u00e4ron, honungsmelon, citrusskal, gr\u00f6na \u00f6rter, fruktig, bra syra, fin beska. S\u00e5 bra! 91 po\u00e4ng 5 stj\u00e4rnor i Gu\u00eda Pe\u00f1\u00edn. Kanonpris: 7,65 euro.<\/p>\n

Ett h\u00e4rligt vin fr\u00e5n Albacete och vindistriktet Almansa \u00e4r denna Laya 2024<\/strong> p\u00e5 druvorna Garnacha tintorera, 70%, och Monastrell, 30%. M\u00f6rk k\u00f6rsb\u00e4rsr\u00f6d f\u00e4rg, mogen frukt, torra \u00f6rter, mogna tanniner och elegant avslut. 91 po\u00e4ng, 5 stj\u00e4rnor i Gu\u00eda Pe\u00f1\u00edn.
