Hj\u00e4lporganisationen med s\u00e4te i M\u00e1laga mottog under 2021 hela 17.070 samtal vilket \u00e4r en f\u00f6rdubbling j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med 2019.<\/p>\n

J\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med 2020 \u00e4r det en \u00f6kning med 30 procent. Det \u00e5ret fick vi in 13.073 samtal. Men siffran f\u00f6r 2021 \u00e4r en f\u00f6rdubbling j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med 2019 d\u00e5 8.035 samtal kom in, s\u00e4ger organisationen i ett uttalande.<\/p>\n

Siffrorna visar att allt medan pandemin p\u00e5g\u00e5r s\u00e5 har samtalen med personer som ber om hj\u00e4lp \u00f6kat. Behovet av n\u00e5gon som lyssnar, n\u00e5gra uppmuntrande ord p\u00e5 v\u00e4gen, har aldrig varit st\u00f6rre \u00e4n just nu.<\/p>\n

– Det \u00e4r inte bara siffror. Bakom varje siffra finns en m\u00e4nniska med k\u00e4nslor som befinner sig i en krissituation, s\u00e4ger f\u00f6reningens ordf\u00f6rande Juan S\u00e1nchez.<\/p>\n

F\u00f6reningen har ocks\u00e5 lanserat hj\u00e4lpprogrammet \u201dLa Br\u00fajula de la Esperanza\u201d som v\u00e4nder sig till ensamma och isolerade personer \u00f6ver 65 \u00e5r och ger telefonst\u00f6d som personlig assistans och gruppm\u00f6ten.<\/p>\n

Antalet volont\u00e4rer har \u00f6kat i takt med ett v\u00e4xande behov. \u00c5ret innan pandemin arbetade 90 personer med att ta emot samtal. Nu finns det cirka 140 volont\u00e4rer.<\/p>\n

Av dem som ringer \u00e4r 63 procent kvinnor.<\/p>\n
