Sedan tidigare har l\u00e5gfettsdieten som \u00e4r rik p\u00e5 komplexa kolhydrater visat positiva resultat. Den nya studien visar att \u00e4ven Medelhavsdieten hj\u00e4lper mot \u00e5terkommande hj\u00e4rtinfarkter och stroke.<\/p>\n<p>Doktor Pablo P\u00e9rez Mart\u00ednez har medverkat vid unders\u00f6kningar som ligger till grund f\u00f6r studien och \u00e4r verksam vid IMIBIC (Instituto Maim\u00f3nides de Investigaci\u00f3n Biom\u00e9dica de C\u00f3rdoba) och medlem i s\u00e4llskapet spanska l\u00e4kare inom internmedicin s\u00e4ger om studien:<\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r en milstolpe med nya vetenskapliga bevis som visar att Medelhavsdieten som \u00e4r rik p\u00e5 olivolja \u00e4r anv\u00e4ndbar f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rhindra nya kardiovaskul\u00e4ra problem hos personer med etablerade kransk\u00e4rlssjukdomar.<\/p>\n<p>1.002 patienter med kransk\u00e4rlssjukdomar som \u00e4r mellan 20 och 76 \u00e5r f\u00f6ljdes upp under sju \u00e5r med Medelhavsdiet eller l\u00e5gfettsdiet.<\/p>\n<p>Studien CORDIOPREV visar att hos patienter med etablerade kransk\u00e4rlssjukdomar hade Medelhavsdieten en st\u00f6rre effekt \u00e4n dieten med l\u00e5g fetthalt.<\/p>\n<p>Kardiovaskul\u00e4ra sjukdomar \u00e4r en av de fr\u00e4msta d\u00f6dsorsakerna b\u00e5de i Spanien och i Europa. 2020 avled 119.853 personer i Spanien p\u00e5 grund av kardiovaskul\u00e4ra orsaker vilket var 24,3 procent av de totala d\u00f6dsfallen.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4s mer: Vin st\u00e5r f\u00f6r 25 procent av h\u00e4lsof\u00f6rdelarna med Medelhavsdieten<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Medelhavsdieten f\u00f6rhindrar \u00e5terkommande hj\u00e4rtinfarkter och stroke.
