Key items to address in a legal agreement with the distributors and other economic operators will be discussed, as well as some other tips and tricks.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Marketing &amp; Claims: How marketing, clinical evaluation and other MDR processes intertwine<\/strong><br \/>\nThis session will dive into the\u00a0interplay between\u00a0concepts of marketing, clinical evaluation and other MDR processes\u00a0and how to keep claims consistent between marketing statements and\u00a0regulatory documentation.
